i finally had a day off, and was so lost what to do, that i swore to myself that i would never hold a 9-5 job so i didn't have to deal with that feeling on a weekly basis. I battled it with laundry and archiving off my computer. Installing Tiger on my laptop and not having the guts to do it on my desktop until all of this big job is burned off.

I'm starting to have a life again. Saw March of the Penguins friday, went to the Basquiat show last night and drinks after just like real people! and even shaved my legs. I'm totally human now and not like a broken machine of a person.

Tomorrow we meet with a realtor. I've already started printing out postings of condos we like. There is even one in our neighborhood that is in our price range. It's bittersweet though because it's further down the street i live on which means grossish. Like, we had to step over a homeless man passed on out the sidewalk to get there. But has 3!! bedrooms and has vaulted ceilings on the top floor... but no patio. We really want a patio to put all my plants on and one that the cats can freely wander on to and sunbathe. I know it sounds stupid making a decision based on spoiling my cats, but they are going to be a part of my life for at least another decade, and i'll probably only be living in this condo for about 5 years. So condo must abide. The other thing is that our minds are already living in glendale. I'm determined to keep a pedestrian life-style.

I have to go to the bathroom now.

oh yeah, the leak is finally fixed... no more toilet water from upstairs dripping on me while i pee.
